CB1-1-1 (MK) 醫學知識 Medical Knowledge
1. 能說明人體的正常結構與功能、疾病發生時人體結構和功能的異常改變及其生理、病理機制。To be able to describe the normality and abnormality of human body systems and functions as well as physiological and pathological mechanisms.
2. 能描述疾病的病因學及發展過程、藥物作用原則及其應用 To be able to describe the etiology and the development of diseases as well as drug effects and their applications.
3. 正確判讀生理和影像檢查的結果,包括基本X光檢查、心電圖檢查、血液和尿液一般常規檢查。To be able to read the result of physiology examinations and medical imaging, including X-ray, EKG, routine blood, and urine tests.
4. 具備熱帶醫學知識,能了解熱帶地區疾病和資源貧乏地區之傳染病及公共衛生 To be familiar with medical knowledge related to tropical areas, including tropical diseases, infectious diseases, and public health in areas with finite resources.
CB2-2-1 (PC) 臨床技能及病人照顧 Clinical Skills and Patient Care
1. 能執行基本臨床技術操作流程,確保無菌觀念的維持,同時能注意到病人的感受 To be able to exercise basic clinical skills, have the concept of sterility, and care for patients’ feelings.
2. 能展現適當問診的技巧,包括面對標準病人,或在臨床老師指導及輔以翻譯工具下與病人及其家屬的溝通、適時表現出同理心、以及針對疾病的病史詢問和病情的解說。 To possess diagnostic skills, including interaction with patients, communication with patients and their families under the supervision of clinical teachers and with the help of translation tools, an expression of heartfelt sympathy, inquires about the medical history, and an explanation of diagnosis results.
3. 在疾病預防、治療和臨終關懷中,能適當說明藥物、手術和其他各種處置的適應症與流程。 To be able to explain the indications and process of different medications, surgeries, and other treatments during disease prevention, treatment, and hospice care.
4. 具備基本的核心臨床能力,包括臨床能力、溝通能力及臨床態度 To possess basic core clinical competencies, including clinical skills, communication skills, and clinical attitudes.
CB3-1-1 (SBP、MK) 國際視野 International Perspectives
1. 了解學生母國醫療體系與制度To understands the healthcare system and services in the motherland.
2. 能清楚說明國際醫療服務及熱帶地區疾病傳染途徑,具備臨床實驗診斷、治療及防治之能力To be able to describe international medical services and routes of transmission in tropical areas and possess diagnosis, treatment, and prevention skills in clinical trials.
3. 能了解國際健康及公共衛生,並能描述影響人類及社群健康的因素、具流行病學及衛生管理知識及訂定預防策略的能力。To understand international health and public health; to be able to describe the elements affecting human and social health, and to possess the knowledge of epidemiology
CB4-1-1 (PBLI、MK) 批判性思維及研究 Critical Thinking and Research
1. 能在醫療資源有限及不同國情現實下選擇合適之醫療處置To be able to choose appropriate medical treatments under the circumstances of limited medical resources in different cultures.
2. 能善用實證醫學方法進行醫療決策To be able to apply for evidence-based medicine in making medical decisions.
3. 對臨床常見的問題,能進行科學的思維(敏銳觀察、發現問題、收集資訊、分析數據、評估證據、邏輯推論等)To be able to apply scientific thinking (observation, problem finding, data collection, data analysis, evidence evaluation, logical reasoning, etc.) to clinical problems.
4. 能善用研究資源進行醫學研究及學術發表To be able to make good use of research resources for medical researches and academic publications.
CB5-1-1 (PBLI) 醫學資訊及科技 Medical Information and Technology
1. 能妥善利用醫學資訊及知識管理工具,幫助健康照護相關資訊之取得儲存及利用To make good use of medical information and knowledge management tools to collect, store, and utilize healthcare data.
2. 能系統性的學習與管理知識,藉由儲存、傳播及分享各種由工作中學習所得到的專業知識To be able to learn and manage knowledge systematically, and store, disseminate, and share professional knowledge acquired in the workplace.
3. 能以臨床案例為基礎,運用經由科學方法所得的最佳品質的證據,來決定各種診斷及治療決策To be able to diagnose and make treatment decisions with quality evidence gained with scientific methods on a clinical case basis
4. 能適當評量自身學習與工作表現,持續自我修正改善病患的醫療照護To be able to make a self-evaluation on learning and work performance and continuously improve the quality of patient care.
CB6-1-1 (P) 專業素養 Professionalism
- 可以對常見的倫理困境,使用兼顧倫理法則、社會、經濟與法律的思辨方法,做出合宜的倫理決策。To solve the ethical dilemma by making appropriate ethical decisions after taking into consideration ethics, society, the economy, and laws.
- 能展現追求卓越、利他主義、責任感、同情心、同理心、負責、誠實、正直和嚴謹的醫療與研究倫理。To possess excellence-seeking spirits, altruism, a sense of responsibility, sympathy, empathy, honesty, integrity, serious medical treatments, and research ethics.
- 能遵守醫療體制和法律的規範,並有自我反省能力及團隊工作能力(能尊重同事,並願意與人建立積極的合作模式)。To follow the medical system and abide by the applicable laws and regulations, and to be able to make self-reflection and work in a team (pay respect to colleagues, and be willing to build collaboration with others).
- 能於制度下進行臨床工作並妥善規劃自己的生涯、有效運用時間,具抗壓性。To be able to accumulate clinical experience by following the due process and plan future careers; to make good use of time; and to be able to perform well under pressure.
